The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers is the nation's oldest and most respected organization of attorneys that handle criminal cases. They have been putting on this learning conference since the early 1990s. Mr. Whited has spoken at this conference on numerous occasions and has once again been invited to present another talk at their 2017 event to be held at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.

This year's theme is for attendees to learn from "The Rock Stars of DUI Defense." Since Mr. Whited has defended many serious injury and death cases where expert witnesses are used by both the State and Defense, his talk will be "Playing Offense and Defense with Expert Witnesses."
